"Amber has been the best help we've ever received at Statefarm!! We started with statefarm maybe 4ish years ago and Amber was the first person to help us literally figure out how to do the whole insurance thing as newly adults. Words can't express how much help she has been. Somewhere along the line we had other people help us with claims/ insurance switches and stuff like that and EVENTUALLY they got what we needed done but after multiple times reminding them and calling to fix their mistakes.. "Alex was AMAZING! We were getting dropped by our auto insurance company because my husband got a speeding ticket 2years ago. They weren’t just dropping him, they were dropping the entire family AND our home insurance (their policy I guess). I contacted Mike Mohr State Farm and Alex not only contacted me immediately but was able to get me a quote for everything and get our family auto and home set up with new policies before the day our previous policy was to be dropped. We were also able to get better coverage for an even lower price than I’d ever expected. I don’t know why we never thought to use State Farm before but I’m super happy we finally made the switch."
